Fresh Aam Ka Achaar All-Year-Round
Unlike other homemade pickle brands or even store-bought pickles, which use vinegar or other preservatives to increase the shelf life of pickles, Satvic follows a more traditional way. We have sourced our raw mangoes and have created the pickle masala (using the ingredients mentioned above) in advance.
Our preservation technique includes cutting the mango pieces and letting them stay in salt water (brine solution) for months, which helps them retain their crunchiness and sweetness. Whenever we get an order, we will use that pickle masala and mix it with the raw mangoes using the traditional Rajasthani ways to create a fresh jar for you.
