Pav Bhaji Recipe:
- Hallow fry 2 tbsp garlic paste
- Add two chopped onions in 2 tbsp oil. Cook till oil separates; add half a cup of curd.
- Add two chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp Delhi Pav Bhaji Masala, Chili Powder, and Salt (as per taste)
- Add 500 gms of boiled vegetables like potatoes, green peas, cauliflower, and capsicum. Cook and mash it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add a blob of butter, and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
- Serves with hot buttered pav :)
