Ingredients
2+¼ cups maida (all-purpose flour), 1.5 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon sugar, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon oil, water for kneading dough, 3 tablespoons pizza sauce, ⅛ cup sliced mushrooms, ⅛ cup finely chopped capsicums, ⅛ cup finely chopped tomatoes, ¼ cup jalapenos and olives, grated cheese as per taste, 2 teaspoons chili flakes, 2 teaspoons Satvic Foods's Rajwadi Garam Masala or Samosa Kachori Mix.
Steps to follow
- Add flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and oil to a bowl. Mix well using your hands.
- Add water gradually and knead the dough for 8-10 minutes. Knead well, or the base will turn out hard and chewy.
- Knead a soft and smooth dough. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
- Evenly divide the dough into two parts. Take one of them and dust some flour and roll it out to about 6 inches in diameter.
- Take the baking tray and grease it with oil. Dust some flour and place the rolled-out dough on it. Use your hands to further stretch and flatten the pizza base to about 8 inches in diameter.
- Use your fingers to create a depression around the edges of the base. Prick the base in a circular motion using a fork.
- Spread the pizza sauce.
- Top all the chopped veggies, herbs, chili flakes, cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, and such. Add a tbsp of refined oil around the edges, and now add Satvic Foods' Rajwadi Garam Masala or Samosa Kachori Mix.
- Bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven. Use the same procedure for baking the other pizza too.
- Cut it into slices and serve hot.
