Recipe
- Rinse the sabudana and soak it in water for 4-5 hours.
- Drain any excess water and keep the sabudana aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
- Add the mashed potatoes, peanuts, and sendha namak. Stir well.
- Add the soaked sabudana and cook until translucent.
